3. Regularly collate and summarize the company's operating data, fully understand the project operation status, follow up, inspect, supervise, and feedback during the entire process of project development;
4. Regularly collect and sort out project operation dynamics, compile weekly and monthly reports for each project operation, analyze and evaluate work results, and adjust and improve monthly rolling plans;
5. According to the company's annual overall business plan, organize and coordinate the work development between various business units, and organize the monitoring, supervision, reminder, and early warning of the completion of various responsibility indicators, and follow up the progress of the project for assessment;
